We strive to give all pets the safest possible care while they are in the salon. If a pet is injured or becomes ill while in our care, we will notifiy the owner at once and take pet to nearest veterinary hospital.

Please note that pets with severly matted hair are at increased risk of cuts and clipper burn. Magnolia Paw Spa is not responsible for any injury that occurs during mat removal.

Paw Spa staff reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot safely continue grooming your pet.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time so we can fill your spot. Clients that no show more than one appointment in a year will be required to pay for missed grooming appointment and pay in advance for any future services.
